The Design Process

CONSULTATION

1. •Fill out the Custom Order Questionnaire online.
   

2. •Following the completion of the online Custom Order Questionnaire, further discussion will be made via telephone or email.
   

DESIGN CONCEPTS

1. •A mock up will be provided based on consultation information.
   

2. •Up to 2 revisions are included with chosen concept.
   

APPROVAL OF PROOFS

1. •A proof of layout, text, font, spelling, etc. will be sent via e-mail for approval.
   

PAYMENT

1. •Upon final selection, you will be sent an invoice and a Paypal money request.
   

2. •Orders will not be sent off for printing until payment is received.
   

DELIVERY

1. •All postage and/or shipping charges and sales taxes (where applicable) are paid by client and will be included in invoice.
   

2. •Simply Party is not responsible for delayed or undelivered items beyond their control (i.e. weather, holidays, etc). All shipping is done via the United States Postal Service.
